The Richards Group, the largest independent advertising agency in the U.S. with annual billings of over $1 billion, has recently signed a distribution agreement with MCVE to sell MCVE’s mobile apps to their clients. This ad agency’s clients include Chick-Fil-A, Home Depot, Motel 6, and LPL Financial and many other major national brands.

T. Boone Pickens company, Ad Giants, has also partnered with MCVE to sell MCVE mobile apps on Ad Giant’s new web-based marketing and advertising portal, MODSocket.

Landmark Patent

MCVE has recently been issued a landmark patent in the mobile app space. The patent addresses mobile information collection systems across all wireless devices including tablets and smartphones regardless of carrier or handset manufacturer.

U.S. Patent No. 7,822,816, was granted last year, establishing MCVE as having developed state of the art technology very early in the evolution of the mobile app IP space. MCVE believes this will open up significant licensing revenue opportunities as this trend explodes to the upside.

HDSI Operates in an extremely hot and groundbreaking sector: Biofuel, but more specifically Biofuel produced through the farming of Algae.

Algae is the only biofuel that can truly take on oil. Once harvested, algae biomass can be processed for the extraction of oil, protein and carbohydrates. Each of these products have large and expanding end markets, and can be used in different industries, from energy production to fish and animals food supplements.

Algae oil can be sold to biofuel refineries as a biofuel feedstock.  Biofuel refineries represent the most natural buyer for algae oil, and can use it as a substitute for petroleum in the production of biodiesel, gasoline, jet fuel, plastics and solvents, among other things.  We believe that our algae oil will maintain a significant price advantage over other food-based oils currently manufactured as feedstock for biodiesel production.  As our production of algae oil increases, we may evaluate vertical integration to produce biofuel on-site.

Biomass can be sold as a commodity at wholesale market rates to readily available buyers, which can use biomass to manufacture “green” products.  The protein found in biomass can be used as a fish, animal and poultry feed ingredient, organic fertilizer, and an ingredient in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and dyes, among other products.  The carbohydrates can serve as material for ethanol or methanol production, as well as for other high-value purposes.  As we expand, we may consider vertical integration to process and package biomass on-site into our own end products, or partner with a private-label manufacturer to develop and market our own branded bio-products.

According to a previous report from Pike Research, a market research and consulting firm that provides in-depth analysis of global clean technology markets, under a base-case forecast scenario, global revenues for carbon capture and storage systems could reach $128 billion by 2030. In a forecast scenario that includes more aggressive assumptions for global climate policy and industry adoption, the worldwide carbon capture and sequestration market could reach as high as $221 billion in the same timeframe.

HDS International believes that it is positioned at the forefront the carbon sequestration industries by virtue of its breakthrough carbon capture and fixation technologies. While existing pathways for carbon sequestration include geological and chemical methods, these methods are often impractical and face significant secular limitations.

Geological sequestration faces limited storage capacity and the non-trivial scenario of an accidental high pressure leak or rock penetration. Chemical sequestration is also problematic as it is expensive and the energy requirement to complete this process is enormous. Biological sequestration, which includes the use of photosynthetic organisms such as algae to sequester CO2, offers the unique potential to overcome many of the hurdles faced by other sequestration methodologies and has emerged as a significant commercial opportunity.

The HDS carbon biological fixation process employs a technological chain which allows us to, with minimal expenses, capture CO2 from the source of emission and deliver such CO2 to the point of biological growth in manageable condition-releasing the carbon dioxide and making it available to growing algae only as its needed, on demand. We accomplish this through our proprietary technologies, which can be used to manage the growth of any biological system.
